Business Development Executive

 

 

Position for Lahore, Pakistan.

 

Responsibilities:

​

• Doing market research, formulating marketing plans and analysis of all our promotional campaigns and activities.

 

• Communicating with our old patients with a set formula, conducting surveys and/ or discussions with them. Identifying their point of view, satisfaction and feedback for our improvements.

 

• Based on active research, working with the owners to plan a budget scheme to initiate, formulate and execute marketing strategies.

 

• Monthly report to marketing progress and pointing out the adjustments needed in strategies or implementation.

 

• Outsourcing marketing services to Bas, interns and specialists as per approval from the owners.

 

• Service / Product Advertising Campaigns: Coming up with innovative deals, coupons, social media promotions, customer engagements and other media platforms required.

 

• Promotion and sale of our services to target population and creating our Brand Awareness.

 

• Managing the content and promotion of site, blog, social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube Channel along with design of content and material for these platforms.

 

• Create and execute opportunities to expose the brand in public by all means. Hosting events to create social awareness, collaborating with other brands to ensure promotional activities, organizing videos/ photos of patients and public to use in our digital campaigns.

 

• Connecting with sister companies’ especially medical companies to ensure referrals of new patients and preparing online / live and offline events for brand awareness.

Requirements:

​

Should possess Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in marketing, business, public relations or relevant. PR company experience is a plus. Should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills and fluency in Urdu, English both spoken and written. Updated knowledge with hands-on of IT skills & a commitment and aspiration of personal growth with the brand.
