In case of broken or low-quality product, it can be returned back within the 10 days of receival. Also, the receiver has to inform via email first explaining the fault in product and reason for return.
Refund can be made only before the order has been dispatched, it can be done via an email or call on our business numbers.

Standard shipping charges may apply, depending on the destination place. Currently, we do offer free shipping for a bulk order of 50 or more goodie bags, but clients are advised to contact via email before placing any orders to avoid inconvenience.
