ABOUT

 The Sherwani Foundation is on a mission to improve the Oral Health Status of local citizens through community consultation, education, treatment and strategic campaigning. With initial delivery focused in the city of Lahore, we are seeking to expand our horizons to cater for the province of Punjab and ultimately the entire nation of Pakistan.  We aim to see a population free of oral disease and fully educated about the importance of oral health.

ACTIVITIES

We have set a goal to reach all the students enrolled in government schools; educate them about the importance of Oral Health, screening from serious oral diseases and treatment of dental issues existing in the population.

We are investing in and serving as a catalyst for ideas, partnerships and programs that improve the health and quality of life in Pakistan through convening, educating and strategic campaigning.

Dental For Schools Program

We plan to target our educational institutes and teach our children from an early stage of life. For that we have set a goal to reach all the students enrolled in government schools, educate them about the importance of Oral Health, screen them for serious oral diseases and provide treatment of dental issues existing in the population.

Health Promotion Activities

We arrange seminars and panel discussion forums to help educate masses and to instigate youth and professionals to play their role in the cause.​​

We want to create a system of philanthropy that would enhance the capacity of the government without causing any financial burden on it.

We dream of creating a society where the highest level of health services is available to one and all with ease of accessibility and without financial concerns.

Reaching the Unprivileged

Our activities focus on Islamic Madrassahs​​, Churches (Visitors of Sunday Services), Villages and Communities not accessible to hospitals and clinics.

We provide free health services along with Health Education to all the target population.

We want to create a bridge between donors, volunteers, and recipients creating an environment of positivity and mutual benefit.
